Who Do We Help?

What Organizations We Are Helping:

Initially, we have chosen these three organizations. They have proven themselves excellent stewards of the funds that we have raised for them.

Disabled children at the Newlife Disabled Center in Nepal:  A home to 30 boys and girls.  They receive corrective surgery from a nearby hospital as well as therapy, orthopedic shoes, and prosthetics.  Funds raised are used for their medical needs, school tuition, clothing and for building improvements.  Long-term goals include a new permanent residence, individual child sponsorships, college scholarships, career training, and placement.

Hearing-impaired children at the Kathmandu School for the Deaf:  Funds raised will provide vocational and technical training in computer and cooking/restaurant skills development.  The school also has a boys dormitory that requires upkeep and maintenance.  Future plans also include sponsorships for needy students, college opportunities for those who qualify, assistance for the newly created program to teach the deaf/blind, a website, and physical building improvements.
